SCHEDULE 5
PRESCRIBED MATTERS
1. Whether the carrying out of the matching procedure is in the public
interest.
2. The kind of personal data to be the subject of the matching
procedure.
3. The likely consequences to a data subject if the matching procedure
were to result in any adverse action taken against the data subject.
4. The practices and procedures, if any, that will be followed to enable
a data subject to make a data correction request—
(a) in respect any of the personal data produced or verified by
the matching procedure;
(b) before any adverse action is taken against the data subject.
5. The practices and procedures, if any, that will be followed to
ensure, so far as is practicable, the accuracy of any personal data
produced or verified by the matching procedure.
6. Whether any such data subject is to be informed of the procedure
before it is first carried out.
7. Whether there is any practicable alternative to the matching
procedure.
8. The benefits to be derived from carrying out the matching procedure.
